Move from fear, overwhelm, or disappointment toward feeling centered, confident, calm & hopeful
I know this journey can take a toll.
You’ve held your breath through tests, waiting rooms, and heartbreak.
You’ve stayed strong for everyone else — while inside, you’re exhausted.
You pictured due dates. Baby names. A different future.
Then came the test, the call, the bloodwork.
Back to point zero. Again.
Meanwhile, pregnancy announcements keep coming.
Baby showers.
You may feel stuck in the waiting room of your life -
while the world feels like its moving on without you.
And yet… you still hope.
I get it and I want to help you foster that hope and clarity
In our 25-minute consultation, we’ll slow things down, clarify what you’re looking for, and decide together whether I’m the right person to support you.
If you are like many of my clients, What you want - more than anything:
To finally exhale.
To feel steady and grounded — even when the road is uncertain.
To move through this process without losing yourself.
To feel happy for others —
without losing hope for yourself.
To stop feeling stuck.
To have a clear path.
To feel empowered — like you’re standing in your own strength again.
To hope without fear.
To enjoy your life now — not just “when.”

You’ll leave sessions with insight, tools, and a little more strength to carry hope.
In our free 25-minute consultation Ill help you clarify your therapy goals and see whether I or someone else is the right fit.
How I Help You Hold Hope & Move Forward
In our work together, you’ll have space to honor your pain, fear, and doubt -
and begin to let go of what’s weighing you down and no longer serving you:
The guilt. The despair. The self-blame and negative self-talk that aren’t helping you, your body, or your relationships.
This is a space to be held.
To feel understood - and to reconnect with the part of you that still wants to believe in your future.
We’ll make space for calm. For clarity.
You’ll learn tools to regulate your emotional and physical state - and begin feeling more steady, functional, and even joyful again.
This is where you begin to accept what’s real, shift what’s possible, and start finding your way forward - with hope you can actually hold.
Here’s what might be holding you back…
“I don’t have the time.”
“I can’t afford one more thing.”
“Maybe I’ll do it later” — when I feel better, or more broken, or like I really deserve it.
You're not alone in that.
But imagine being in this same place — a year from now.
What if instead, this is the moment you say:
I deserve better. I deserve support.
Because you do.
You deserve more than survival.
You deserve healing, calm, and real support.
And it’s okay to start from right here.
I’m here to walk with you on this journey —
Or help you figure out if there’s something else that might serve you better right now.

When you want to get pregnant so much — and find yourself crushed by disappointment, confusion, and no clear answers — it’s incredibly powerful to discover alternatives that can still fulfill your dream.
The miracle of having a baby is beautiful. And with that joy and deep gratitude often come emotional layers that deserve space — letting go of what you thought it would look like, identity shifts, complicated feelings, or relationship strain.
Being filled with love doesn’t mean there aren’t hard moments. Honoring those feelings doesn’t make you ungrateful — it makes you human. Keeping it all inside doesn’t always help. Therapy offers a place to breathe, process, and feel more whole as you step into this new chapter.

You waited for this moment. It’s a miracle. You feel honored and deeply grateful.
But even in the joy, it’s natural to have many emotions and wonder:
What will parenting look like in 10 years?Later-age parenting brings emotional layers most people don’t talk about — shifts in identity, moments of feeling limited, and quiet worries. You don’t have to carry those questions alone.
This therapy gives you space to process the full truth of your experience — the beauty and the complexity.
It’s not about “fixing” anything. It’s about meeting your reality with honesty and grace — accepting what’s different, and making more room to notice the blessings, strengths, and unexpected advantages of parenting at this stage
What Therapy Looks Like
When you schedule your free 25-minute consultation, we start with a real conversation - not a sales call. This is a space to share where you are emotionally, relationally, and in your fertility journey, and to see if working together feels like the right fit.
If we move forward, sessions are offered virtually or in person and shaped around what you actually need - not a preset formula.
Some clients come needing:
Space to be held through disappointment, loss, or emotional exhaustion
Support making complex fertility, donor, or treatment decisions
Practical tools to manage anxiety, spiraling thoughts, and decision fatigue
Help staying emotionally steady through cycles, waiting, and uncertainty
We’ll meet at a rhythm that fits your life - whether that’s weekly, twice a week, or more flexibly - to help you feel more steady, clear, and supported in whatever you’re facing.
This work is about building emotional stability, clarity, and grounded hope - whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating donor or surrogacy decisions, preparing for parenthood later in life, or completing clinic-required psychological evaluations.
You don’t have to carry this alone. We take it step by step - together.
Fertility and Infertility Therapy in California - Frequently Asked Questions
My in-person therapy space in Calabasas, with secure teletherapy available across California.

I work with women and couples navigating infertility, IVF, IUI, pregnancy loss, secondary infertility, and the emotional and relational impact of trying to conceive. Many clients seek support after months or years of treatment, testing, or unsuccessful cycles and want specialized, trauma-informed fertility therapy alongside or beyond medical care.
-
Most of my clients are between 25 and 45, and I also regularly work with women in their 50s who have conceived through donor conception or are navigating late pregnancy and early parenthood. I support individuals at different stages of the fertility and parenting journey, including first-time trying to conceive, trying again after miscarriage, and adjusting emotionally to parenthood later in life.
-
This is one of the most common questions I’m asked — and the honest answer is: it depends.
Every person, every couple, and every fertility journey is different. The pace of therapy depends on your history, what you’re currently navigating, how often we meet, and how you tend to process change.
Some clients come for short-term support during a specific fertility cycle or decision. Others choose to work more deeply over time.
Research in psychotherapy does show that many clients report meaningful improvement within 12–15 sessions, especially when therapy is consistent and focused. That said, therapy isn’t a fixed timeline — it’s a process that moves at the pace that feels right and sustainable for you.
My goal isn’t to keep you in therapy indefinitely.
It’s to help you feel steadier, clearer, and more empowered — as efficiently and deeply as possible. We’ll regularly check in about your goals and progress so the work always feels purposeful and aligned with what you need.

Medical fertility care focuses on diagnosis and treatment of the body. Traditional talk therapy often focuses on thoughts and coping strategies. My approach is trauma-informed and body-based fertility therapy that addresses how infertility, loss, and repeated uncertainty are held in the nervous system, emotional memory, and relationships. The goal is emotional steadiness, resilience, and meaningful support throughout the fertility process.

Even If You’re Not Ready for Therapy — You Can Start Here
You don’t have to commit to therapy to begin feeling more steady.
Research shows there is a connection between chronic stress and fertility. High levels of stress can affect hormonal balance, ovulation, and overall reproductive health. Stress hormones like cortisol can influence the menstrual cycle and even sperm quality.
But here’s what’s important:
The goal is not to become “stress-free.”
That idea alone can create more pressure and guilt.
Stress is human. This journey is intense.
What matters is learning how to regulate your nervous system so your body isn’t living in constant survival mode.
When you feel more regulated, you think more clearly.
You respond instead of spiral.
You feel more grounded — even when outcomes are uncertain.
Here are simple ways to begin:
Tools to Support Nervous System Regulation
Develop supportive self-talk
Set intentional times for regulation (not just crisis mode)
Choose tools that actually work for you
Activate your vocal cords (humming, singing, deep sighs)
Tapping (EFT) for fertility stress
Create an image of hope
Gentle movement
Writing to process emotions
Sharing your feelings with someone safe
You can explore each of these in more depth on my blog.
In our 25-minute consultation, we’ll slow things down, clarify what you’re looking for, and decide together whether I’m the right person to support you.
