Helping you move from fear, overwhelm, and disappointment to calm support and real‑life hope.
Infertility & Fertility Support in Calabasas, Los Angeles & Online Throughout California
This journey has taken a toll.
You’ve held your breath through tests, waiting rooms, and heartbreak.
You’ve stayed strong for everyone else — while inside, you’re exhausted.
You pictured due dates. Baby names. A different future.
Then came the test, the call, the bloodwork.
Back to point zero. Again.
Meanwhile, pregnancy announcements keep coming.
Baby showers.
“We weren’t even trying.”
You feel stuck in the waiting room of your life —
while the world moves on without you.
And yet… you still hope.
What you want - more than anything:
To feel like yourself again.
To think clearly.
To stop spiraling.
To feel held.
You want a plan.
You want practical tools.
And you want to enjoy your life today — not “when.”
You want someone to help you strengthen the hope inside you —
and breathe through the days when it feels hardest to hold.
This Is How I Help
I know how heavy this can feel — and how hard it is to keep going when hope has taken so many hits.
You’ve done everything you can think of, and you’re still left holding so many questions.
I’m here to walk with you — to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and help you find the next step.
We’ll hold space for disappointment, fear, and even guilt — but also create structure, clarity, and emotional steadiness that helps you feel more empowered, hopeful, and calm.
You’ll leave sessions with insight, tools, and a little more strength to carry hope.
How I Help You Hold Hope & Move Forward
In our work together, you’ll have space to honor your pain, fear, and doubt —
and begin to let go of what’s weighing you down and no longer serving you:
The guilt. The despair. The self-blame and negative self-talk that aren’t helping you, your body, or your relationships.
This is a space to be held.
To feel understood — and to reconnect with the part of you that still wants to believe in your future.
We’ll make space for calm. For clarity.
You’ll learn tools to regulate your emotional and physical state — and begin feeling more steady, functional, and even joyful again.
This is where you begin to accept what’s real, shift what’s possible, and start finding your way forward — with hope you can actually hold.
Here’s what’s holding you back…
You might be thinking:
“I don’t have the time.”
“I can’t afford one more thing.”
“Maybe I’ll do it later” — when I feel better, or more broken, or like I really deserve it.
You're not alone in that.
But imagine being in this same place — a year from now.
What if instead, this is the moment you say:
I deserve better. I deserve support.
Because you do.
You deserve more than survival.
You deserve healing, calm, and real support.
And it’s okay to start from right here.
I’m here to walk with you on this journey —
Or help you figure out if there’s something else that might serve you better right now.
Therapy & Evaluations for Every Step of Your Fertility Journey
-
Trying to conceive can feel like you’re stuck in the waiting room of your life — surrounded by advice, pressure, and silent heartbreak. In therapy, we’ll untangle the thoughts, feelings, and fears that keep spiraling. You’ll leave with emotional steadiness, clarity, and tools to support yourself — no matter what the next cycle brings. I offer a free 25-minute consultation so you can ask questions, share where you are, and see how this support might help.
-
When you want to get pregnant so much — and find yourself crushed by disappointment, confusion, and no clear answers — it’s incredibly powerful to discover alternatives that can still fulfill your dream.
The miracle of having a baby is beautiful. And with that joy and deep gratitude often come emotional layers that deserve space — letting go of what you thought it would look like, identity shifts, complicated feelings, or relationship strain.
Being filled with love doesn’t mean there aren’t hard moments. Honoring those feelings doesn’t make you ungrateful — it makes you human. Keeping it all inside doesn’t always help. Therapy offers a place to breathe, process, and feel more whole as you step into this new chapter.
-
I provide ASRM-aligned psychological evaluations and fertility assessments for intended parents, egg or sperm donors, embryo donors, and gestational carriers. These evaluations help assess emotional readiness, clarify expectations, and fulfill clinic and agency requirements.
All assessments can be completed virtually and include any required letters, forms, or confirmations. Available in both Hebrew and English.

You waited for this moment. It’s a miracle. You feel honored and deeply grateful.
But even in the joy, it’s natural to have many emotions and wonder:
What will parenting look like in 10 years?Later-age parenting brings emotional layers most people don’t talk about — shifts in identity, moments of feeling limited, and quiet worries. You don’t have to carry those questions alone.
This therapy gives you space to process the full truth of your experience — the beauty and the complexity.
It’s not about “fixing” anything. It’s about meeting your reality with honesty and grace — accepting what’s different, and making more room to notice the blessings, strengths, and unexpected advantages of parenting at this stage
What Therapy Looks Like
When you schedule your free 25-minute consultation, we start with a real conversation - not a sales call. This is a space to share where you are emotionally, relationally, and in your fertility journey, and to see if working together feels like the right fit.
If we move forward, sessions are offered virtually or in person and shaped around what you actually need - not a preset formula.
Some clients come needing:
Space to be held through disappointment, loss, or emotional exhaustion
Support making complex fertility, donor, or treatment decisions
Practical tools to manage anxiety, spiraling thoughts, and decision fatigue
Help staying emotionally steady through cycles, waiting, and uncertainty
We’ll meet at a rhythm that fits your life - whether that’s weekly, twice a week, or more flexibly - to help you feel more steady, clear, and supported in whatever you’re facing.
This work is about building emotional stability, clarity, and grounded hope - whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating donor or surrogacy decisions, preparing for parenthood later in life, or completing clinic-required psychological evaluations.
You don’t have to carry this alone. We take it step by step - together.
You don’t have to do this alone.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not sure what the next step is — we can figure it out together.
I offer a free 25-minute consultation so you can talk things through and see if this support feels right.
No pressure. No commitment. Just a starting place.

The connection between stress and fertility
The connection between stress and fertility is well documented in medical and scientific research. High levels of stress can disrupt hormonal balance, interfere with ovulation, and impact overall reproductive health. Stress triggers the release of hormones like cortisol, which can negatively affect the menstrual cycle and sperm quality, making it more challenging to conceive.
However, it’s important to approach this topic with sensitivity. The idea of being completely stress-free can add unnecessary guilt and pressure to those already navigating the emotional and physical challenges of fertility. Stress is a natural part of the human experience, and addressing it should be done with compassion and understanding. Talking to someone and learning stress-regulation tools can be incredibly beneficial in managing stress more effectively, providing support and practical strategies to help you feel more in control and less overwhelmed.
Research from Harvard Health Publishing and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine confirms that chronic stress can influence hormonal balance and fertility outcomes, emphasizing the importance of emotional well-being as part of comprehensive fertility care.

Each session will provide a safe space to express and process your emotions and thoughts.
We’ll identify patterns that contribute to your struggles and develop strategies to change them.
You’ll learn communication skills for your relationships and practice tools to calm your nervous system, fostering a more peaceful internal environment.
My goal is to help you cultivate hope, appreciation, and acceptance on your journey to achieving your parenthood goals.

There are moments in which you really need to be supported. It may be a blood test, a doctor’s visit, waiting for the phone call from the doctor, hearing results, or dealing with results.
I offer concierge services so you don’t feel alone in those moments.
On the day you receive that call or when it’s time to reach out to your doctor’s office, I’ll be on the phone with you to help you breathe, regulate your emotions, and regain your footing.
If you're located in LA, Santa Monica, Malibu, Encino, or nearby areas, I’m available to accompany you to appointments and provide the support you need.
