Therapy, an evaluation or a group, in person in Calabasas or online. With your patient’s permission, I keep you in the loop.

How quickly do you respond to a referral?

I reply personally, and I make referrals from clinics a priority. Patients can also book a free 25-minute call directly online.

Where do you see patients?

In person at my office in Calabasas (22231 Mulholland Hwy, Suite 203B) and online by secure video anywhere in California.

How fast is an evaluation letter?

The clinic letter is ready within 48 to 72 hours after the evaluation, at no extra charge.

What do evaluations cost?

Intended-parent consultation with clinic letter: $350. Egg donor, sperm donor or gestational carrier evaluation with a written report: $500.

Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider. Patients receive superbills they can submit for possible reimbursement.

Is the staff talk really free?

Yes. I offer a free talk for nurses, coordinators and front-desk teams, in person or on Zoom. Just ask through the form below.
